RESIST RE-TRAUMATIZATION - Sustaining a Culture of Safety and Healing
The overall design of the 90-minute session is to inform participants to recognize points of contention that create re-traumatization, support healing, and cultivate a trauma-informed environment. They will acknowledge the role historical and intergenerational traumas have on communities, groups, and individuals. The session will enhance participants’ abilities to maximize trauma-informed approaches that overall view individuals within organizations, systems, or institutions as partners in building a trauma-informed workplace.
