This training is intended for those who are new to the clinical field and wanting to learn how to construct an effective and efficient progress note and clinical assessment. Depending on your practice setting you may not receive enough instruction on what to include in progress notes, how much content is enough, what to include when documenting client’s risks and what questions to ask during an assessment. This training will provide some tips and tricks on being efficient with your documentation and will provide some guidance on how much to include in notes, addendums and CCAs.
