Description

Please join us for this one-day, inter-professional conference where we will unpack and explore what it means to hold space for families walking through the devastation of perinatal loss and for one another as we bear witness to suffering and loss.

This in-person conference aims to create a safe and compassionate space for learning, sharing, and healing. You will learn from clinicians and families about the tools and resources needed and available to address the spiritual, mental health and physical needs of families navigating the unexpected landscape of perinatal loss, whether through infertility, miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal death, or losses that often go unrecognized. You will also learn about tools to navigate your own grief and stress, as you walk alongside patients and their families.

This conference is open to anyone who is interested in learning more about perinatal loss and ways to support families and caregivers. It is especially relevant for healthcare professionals who work with perinatal loss, such as nurses, physicians, social workers, chaplains, counselors, therapists, and educators.
