Objectives

  • Explore Key Problem-Solving Concepts, Tools and Strategies: Participants will explore a range of key quality and performance management concepts, tools, and techniques used by leaders to successfully identify, analyze and solve problems.
  • Identify Key Problem-Solving Skills: Participants will identify various problem-solving frameworks and methodologies, such as PDSA and DMAIC, and how they can be effectively used to address quality and performance issues within their teams and organizations.
  • Identify Key Leadership Requirements for Solving Quality and Performance Problems: Participants will identify how leadership skills, focusing on communication, decision-making, and team motivation, are key to successfully implementing solutions and driving continuous improvement in quality and performance.
