Description

Although the conversation around social determinants of health has been a part of healthcare for the past 15 years, the global pandemic and civil unrest of 2020 accelerated the need to implement regulations and requirements around the collection of this type of information. During this session, we will discuss these new requirements, existing approaches to integrating this type of data collection into clinical workflows, understand the impact of integrating social needs screening into care and examine the importance of partnership development.
