Description
The purpose of this webinar is to help staff understand how to implement baby-led weaning in a safe and age-appropriate way that promotes learning and encourages positive early food relationships. Many families wonder how to introduce solid foods to their little ones in an appropriate and safe manner. With recommendations varying over the years and new research emerging, it can be challenging to know where to begin. While it is not the only approach to the introduction of solids, baby-led weaning is a technique that promotes autonomy, self-regulation and exploration of the senses among little ones. This webinar will discuss how to implement baby-led weaning in a safe and age-appropriate way that promotes learning and encourages positive early food relationships.
