Description

The success of a student in a medical program relies in part on reading, understanding, and following through with instructions. In addition, comfort working in teams and with models is a must as this is often part of preparatory programs. Improve on these skills as you learn the major bones of your body as well as what makes up a bone through building a model you can bring home with you.

Objectives

• Identify and locate major bones of the body.
• Build a model of a bone illustrating healthy bone anatomy.
• Describe diseases of the skeletal system in order to learn about potential careers related to skeletal health.
