Description

This class will build upon the student’s knowledge and practice of energy medicine. We will experiment using crystals along with Healing Touch, Reiki or other energy modality to help deepen the work. Each student will have the opportunity to experience giving and receiving energy work with crystals. This is an introductory class in which a variety of avenues for future study and interest will be presented.

Prerequisite: At least Level 1 in an energy healing modality such as Reiki, Healing Touch, Craniosacral Therapy.

Didactic portion of class:

Review energy bodies and energy field
Science behind crystal healing
Stones often selected for healing practice

Experiential portion of class:
Practice using crystals in a variety of ways to enhance energy healing

In Level 1 class you will learn the history of Reiki and how it can be a part of your professional tool kit and personal self-care practice. You will learn and experience a hands-on healing technique that can be used with patients, family, friends and self. This is both a didactic and an experiential class.

Reiki Level 2 - offered on May 6, 2025

In Reiki Level 2 class you will expand on what you learned in Level 1 (using Reiki for physical healing and self-healing) and add healing at the mental and emotional levels. You will learn three Reiki symbols – what they mean, how they function and how to use them. You will receive your second Attunement.

Reiki Level 3 and Master - offered on March 24 & 25, 2025

In this Reiki Level III Master class, students will have opportunity to become more confident in the positive effects of Reiki therapy and of their ability to provide it. The Reiki Master symbol will be taught along with a review of the three symbols learned in Level 2. The experiential part of class will include practice giving an attunement and using a crystal grid as a Reiki tool. At the completion of class, the students will be able to confidently provide Reiki therapy in any situation.
Pre-requisite: Reiki Levels I and II.

Objectives

• Discuss the basics of chakras and their associated crystals.
• Discuss what energy healing is.
• Explain how to store and care for your crystals by cleaning, clearing and charging them to amplify their healing abilities.
• Outcome: The participant will gain knowledge on the healing world of crystals, their energy and vibrations, shapes, colors and uses.
