The Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Forum of North Carolina is a network for and led by ambulatory clinical pharmacists with an ongoing goal of providing networking, collaboration, and educational opportunities for likeminded pharmacists in North Carolina with an emphasis on practical ambulatory care topics and unmet public health needs. In addition to providing networking opportunities for ambulatory care pharmacist, this application-based CPE activity will provide the pharmacist with clinical practice updates on a variety of topics.
