Description

Did you know there are currently five generations in the workplace today? It’s true—and that can sometimes create challenges in understanding how to respect each person's value and communicate effectively with your team. This engaging course takes a deeper look at the generations we work alongside every day and shares practical tips and strategies for improving communication.

As part of the Leadership at Lunch series, this one-hour session from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM is designed to be affordable and accessible for busy healthcare workers and leaders. Join us for this valuable opportunity to gain insights and practical strategies that will help you navigate generational diversity and improve communication in your workplace.

Dr. Lisa M. Foster, DNP, RN, NPD-BC

Dr. Lisa Foster brings over 38 years of frontline healthcare experience and more than two decades teaching professionals across a variety of clinical and educational settings. She earned a Diploma from Mercy Hospital School of Nursing, a BSN from Winston Salem State University, and both a Master’s in Nursing (Education) and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Grand Canyon University. In her classes, Dr. Foster blends practical insights with proven strategies to help all healthcare professionals excel in an ever-evolving environment.
