You'll learn to define "value" in the workplace, understand what makes your contributions essential, and discover ways to empower yourself through strategic communication and professional presence. By the end of the session, you'll have actionable tools to showcase your skills, increase your visibility, and confidently advocate for your role in important workplace discussions.

As part of the Leadership at Lunch series, this session is designed for busy healthcare workers and leaders looking to grow their influence without disrupting their daily responsibilities.
