Description

Understanding personality traits can transform the way you lead, communicate, and collaborate. This session will explore five key personality dimensions—openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism (or the need for stability)—helping leaders recognize and leverage individual differences to enhance team dynamics. Through reflection and discussion, participants will also gain deeper self-knowledge, allowing them to lead with greater awareness and authenticity.
