Connie Curtis, M.Ed.

Connie Curtis brings a wealth of real-world experience to her classes, drawing on roles in government, nonprofit, healthcare, and corporate settings. Armed with a Master’s in Education and a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice, she has served as a Learning & Effectiveness Consultant, Corporate Trainer, Training Coordinator, and even as a Probation/Parole Officer and EAP Counselor. Skilled in workshop facilitation, instructional design, and public speaking, Connie’s expertise in leadership and staff development ensures you’ll gain practical, proven strategies to elevate both your team and organization.
