High school student groups who are interested in careers in healthcare.

Registration will open in September 2025

Co-Sponsored by South Piedmont AHEC and UNC Charlotte, this FREE event will provide prospective health careers students with the opportunity to explore a variety of health careers pathways. The event will feature campus tours, key impact speakers and an interactive expo packed with healthcare professionals and health science programs.

We invite school groups from the Mecklenburg and surrounding counties to bring their students to attend this exciting event. School groups only. Individual registrations will not be permitted.

What to Expect

Health Careers Interactive Expo (featured careers include):
*Public Health
*Kinesiology, Exercise Science, and Athletic Training
*Social Work
*Nursing
*Respiratory Therapy

*Networking Opportunities: Students will connect with program representatives, current students, and local employers to gain valuable insights and build relationships.

*University Campus Tour: Students will have the opportunity to visit classrooms, student union, and common areas to get an idea of student life on the UNCC campus.
